Coatings
Industrial and architectural coatings — applied to specification, available to Dubai projects
Structural steel coated to the engineering specification, interior and exterior architectural painting, and industrial equipment resprays — one coatings team, built over 25 years on Australian tier-1 projects and now available to Dubai projects.

What it is
The scope, done right
M&M is an Australian services group with more than 25 years in coatings — the trade the business was built on as M&M Spray Painting. Its teams have delivered structural steel coatings and architectural painting on Australian projects including Western Sydney International Airport, One Sydney Harbour and Martin Place North & South, working to the standard tier-1 main contractors expect. That documented capability — 90+ skilled staff, day and night shifts, full ITP documentation — is now available to Dubai projects.
Structural steel carries a protective coating system, and when that system is damaged or incomplete the fix is a specification matter, not a cosmetic one. M&M coats finished steel works using established coating systems and instruments, reinstating the protective system to the engineering specification rather than simply restoring the appearance. On Dubai projects, methods and acceptance points are set against the project specification and applicable UAE requirements.
On the architectural side the team covers the complete interior and exterior range — drywall, wood, metal and masonry — in roll, brush and spray application, with electrostatic and airless methods alongside conventional spray so the technique matches the substrate and the setting. Colour is matched on site, on the actual product, before any mass application. Any access-at-height requirement for a coatings package is confirmed separately for the project.
The proof sits in the Australian portfolio. M&M's coatings teams have delivered on Western Sydney International Airport, Martin Place North & South, W Hotel Sydney and One Sydney Harbour — with the harbourside towers among them coastal high-rise work where sun, salt and weather test every coating system. Gulf conditions are harsher again — higher temperatures, higher salinity, wind-borne sand — and we make no claim that the environments are the same. What the Australian record offers is directly relevant experience: coatings specified, applied and documented on buildings where the finish had to survive the environment, not just the handover inspection.
Behind the application methods sits delivery discipline. The group fields 90+ skilled staff working day and night shifts, with project-specific tradespeople under quality-control managers, and every scope is documented through ITPs held in live project records on OneDrive — good quality-assurance practice that hands the main contractor a complete, traceable record at close-out. Industrial equipment spray painting sits within the same capability, a discipline the business has carried since its spray-painting origins, backed in Australia by an established spray booth and workshop.

Why it holds up
Evidence, not assurances
Coated to standard
Structural steel coatings are applied to the engineering specification and applicable project requirements — a compliance position, not just an aesthetic one.
Every application method
Roll, brush, spray, electrostatic and airless — the method is chosen for the substrate and the setting, not for what the crew happens to carry.
A workshop behind the crews
M&M's Australian facility includes a spray booth and workshop, sitting behind the crews who apply coatings on site.
25+ years in spray finishing
Formerly M&M Spray Painting — refined finishing is the trade the business was built on.
