M&M began in Australia as a specialist facade and finishing trade. Over 25+ years, that craft grew into an integrated rectification group with more than 90 staff and a portfolio spanning major towers, airports, hotels and precincts.
The growth came from a practical need on complex builds: facade panels, glazing, sealants and coatings often have to be finished together, yet sit across separate scopes. M&M built a coordinated model around one point of contact and one documented quality record.
That Australian experience is the foundation for Dubai. The technical method carries across; the delivery plan does not get copied blindly. Scope, resourcing, access, working arrangements and compliance requirements are confirmed for each local project.

How we run a finishing package
Quality documented as standard
Condition, progress and completion can be recorded through ITPs, live project records and time-stamped images, giving the client a traceable account of the agreed workface.
Restore before replace
Where the installed substrate remains sound, we assess an in-place rectification before introducing the cost, lead time and interfaces of replacement.
One coordinated package
Access, facade rectification and adjacent finishing scopes can be reviewed together, with one point of coordination and one agreed close-out record.
Requirements set by the project
Methodology, access interfaces, submissions and acceptance points are aligned to the Dubai package and principal-contractor requirements before mobilisation.

We review the workface, substrate, finish, access method and programme before committing a method or crew structure to a Dubai package.
Project-specific methodology
Method statements, access interfaces and quality hold points are developed against the tender package, principal-contractor requirements and applicable UAE requirements.
Trial before mass application
Where finish matching is required, a sample or test area is reviewed on the actual substrate before work proceeds at scale.
Traceable close-out
ITP records, progress documentation and time-stamped images can be structured around the locations and evidence required for project close-out.
Our approach
Restore in place where the substrate allows
A facade defect is rarely just the price of a replacement component. Reordering can reopen access, sequencing, sealant interfaces, protection and inspection after the surrounding work has already moved on.
M&M assesses whether a sound installed element can be rectified in place. Facade coatings, glass, metal and adjacent finishes are treated to the agreed scope, with samples and acceptance points set before wider application. Where damage is structural or the substrate is beyond restoration, replacement remains the right recommendation.
The comparison is the total time and cost to close the defect. A documented in-place repair can avoid a new manufacturing lead time and a second installation cycle while keeping the finish aligned with the completed building.
Safety & quality
Safety, access and quality planned together
Dubai packages are reviewed against the live workface, nominated access system, surrounding trades and principal-contractor controls. BMU, rope-access and other work-at-height interfaces are confirmed for the specific building before mobilisation.
Quality is recorded as the work proceeds. Agreed hold points, ITP records and time-stamped images create a traceable account from initial condition through to completion, structured to the project's specification and applicable requirements.
Access method confirmed
BMU availability, rope-access interfaces, permits and workface constraints are reviewed for the package rather than assumed.
Methodology matched to site
The proposed method is developed around the actual substrate, environment, programme and principal-contractor requirements.
Finish approved before scale
Samples, test areas and colour matches are agreed where required before broad application begins.
Close-out evidence built in
Inspection records and time-stamped images can be organised against the agreed locations and handover requirements.
Waste & sustainability
Keep sound material in place
Where an installed facade or finish remains sound, restoration can avoid manufacturing, freight and replacement work for a new element. That supports programme and cost while reducing unnecessary material removal.
It is a practical outcome, not a blanket claim. Some elements must be replaced, and the recommendation follows the substrate condition, required performance and project specification.
