Rope access & BMU facade works in Expo City Dubai
We reach and repair facade defects at height after the installation access has gone.
Emerging Dubai
Rope access & BMU facade works for Expo City Dubai projects
High-level facade defects often surface after the installation access has moved on. M&M Services Group carries out agreed facade rectification and make-good at height on Dubai projects, using rope access, abseiling or the project's nominated building maintenance unit (BMU), and prices packages for Expo City Dubai and neighbouring districts. The access system is the means of reaching the area; the defined repair is the work we deliver.
The building, work location, drop zones, permits and interfaces with your site or building team determine the access arrangement and sequence, and each of those is agreed before mobilisation rather than assumed from another tower. Condition and completion photographs are time-stamped and held against the inspection and test plan, giving a traceable close-out record for the defined works.

Buildings in Expo City Dubai
The repurposed Expo 2020 site in southern Dubai, retaining signature structures such as Al Wasl Plaza and the Terra and Alif pavilions while adding commercial and residential buildings around them. The masterplan is sustainability-led, with a high proportion of certified buildings and an unusually varied architectural vocabulary. Retained pavilion structures carry lightweight canopies, curved surfaces and non-orthogonal geometry, so facade access here depends far more on bespoke planning than on standardised cradle systems.
Each Dubai package is delivered with the same methods and quality controls as our Australian projects, and resourcing is confirmed against your programme before appointment.
We also price this scope for projects in Dubai South, Dubai Investments Park, Jebel Ali, Al Maktoum International, Dubai Production City and other nearby districts.
