High-level facade defects often surface after the installation access has moved on. M&M Services Group carries out agreed facade rectification and make-good at height on Dubai projects, using rope access, abseiling or the project's nominated building maintenance unit (BMU), and prices packages for DIFC and neighbouring districts. The access system is the means of reaching the area; the defined repair is the work we deliver.

The building, work location, drop zones, permits and interfaces with your site or building team determine the access arrangement and sequence, and each of those is agreed before mobilisation rather than assumed from another tower. Condition and completion photographs are time-stamped and held against the inspection and test plan, giving a traceable close-out record for the defined works.

Send the elevation drawings, the defect schedule, the nominated access system and the programme through the enquiry form. We confirm the work area, access arrangement, interfaces and inspection requirements with your project team, then return a priced package with the sequence set out. Adjacent glass, sealant, coating or commissioning tasks are confirmed separately against the package rather than assumed into the access scope.

Either, and the building decides. Where a BMU serves the elevation and is available to the programme, the agreed works are carried out from it under the building's own arrangements; where it does not reach the workface, rope access or abseiling provides the route. One building's access arrangement is never assumed to suit another, so the method is confirmed for your project before mobilisation.

The agreed work area, access arrangement and inspection requirements are recorded before crews mobilise, and condition and completion photographs are time-stamped and held with the inspection and test plan. That gives the Engineer and your commercial team a traceable close-out record for each defined location. Records are available to your team in a shared project folder as the work proceeds.
