Send a schedule of the affected panes through the enquiry form with locations, photographs, the glass make-up where known and the programme. We assess restorability by glass type, coating and scratch depth, then return a priced package covering method, access assumptions and staging. Where a pane is beyond economic restoration we say so before the works are priced.

Usually, and the reason is lead time rather than labour. Insulated units and large facade panes are made to order with tint, coating and frit to match, then need access re-mobilised and the perimeter seal cut and reinstated, which frequently creates a second defect.
