Silicone services for DIFC projects
Silicone services in DIFC
Joints installed, inspected, repaired
Central Dubai
A documented scope, delivered as one team
Failed, missing or non-conforming sealant is a weatherproofing defect, and weatherproofing defects hold handover open. M&M Services Group installs, inspects and repairs silicone and expansion joints on Dubai projects, including packages for DIFC and the wider Central Dubai — perimeter weather seals to windows, doors and curtain wall, movement and expansion joints between facade panels, and the fine glazing seals around balustrades and frameless assemblies. Because one team installs, inspects and repairs, the joint has a single owner through the defects notification period.
Before mass application the joint is proved: the right sealant for each substrate, a joint design detailed for the movement it has to absorb, and, where the joint is visible, a colour match to the adjacent finish approved on site. Every run is recorded against the inspection and test plan, with time-stamped images available to your team on OneDrive. Workmanship is benchmarked to the Australian Standards our trades trained under, and delivered to each project's specification and applicable UAE codes.
The local market
Working in DIFC
The emirate's financial services district, centred on The Gate Building and extending through Gate Avenue to ICD Brookfield Place and the Index Tower. Stock here is predominantly Grade-A commercial with premium architectural finishes, occupied by banks, law firms and regulators. Building management arrangements are correspondingly strict, with facade and roof plant access tightly permitted and works commonly confined to restricted after-hours windows. Continued expansion is adding further office towers to the precinct.
The same crews also cover Downtown Dubai, Za'abeel, Sheikh Zayed Road, Trade Centre, Business Bay and the wider Central Dubai.
